Information we collect
The private screener request form and contact forms collect the following information: full name, job title, company or organisation, business email, telephone (optional), country, organisation type, reason for requesting access, and any message you choose to include. We also collect the fact that you have given consent for us to process your enquiry.
Why we collect it
Your information is used solely to assess your screener or distribution enquiry and to contact you regarding the documentary. We do not use your information for marketing, and we never send the private film link automatically. Access to the screener is granted manually after review, and any access granted is confidential and may not be shared.
How long it is stored
Screener requests and contact submissions are retained for as long as is necessary to process and respond to your enquiry and for a reasonable period thereafter to allow for follow-up. You may request deletion of your submission at any time by contacting the production team.
Who can access it
Only authorised members of the LockedIn 168 production and distribution team can access submitted requests. Your information is not sold, shared with third parties for marketing, or made public.
Consent for industry enquiries
By submitting the screener request form, you agree that LockedIn 168 may use the information submitted to assess your request and contact you regarding the documentary. Access, if granted, is confidential and may not be shared.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting the production team. This policy may be updated from time to time; changes will be reflected on this page.
