LockedIn 168 is a feature documentary following Claude Louis through one of the most demanding human-performance challenges ever undertaken inside a gym.
Over seven consecutive days, Claude completed four marathon-distance disciplines every 24 hours: Running / Treadmill, Cycling / Stationary Bike, SkiERG and RowERG.
What began as an athletic challenge became something much deeper. As exhaustion intensified and Claude's physical and psychological condition changed, the people supporting him were forced to confront difficult questions about resilience, responsibility, ambition and medical risk.

It emerged through years of disciplined training, rehabilitation work and a determination to understand how the body and mind respond under extraordinary pressure.

Claude Louis is a Dubai-based rehabilitation and human-performance specialist, former bodybuilder and extreme endurance athlete.
His journey into endurance did not come through a conventional professional sporting career. It emerged through years of disciplined training, rehabilitation work and a determination to understand how the body and mind respond under extraordinary pressure.
In his fifties, Claude completed a series of endurance challenges that would test athletes many years younger. LockedIn 168 became the culmination of everything he had learned — a test not only of fitness, but also of discipline, identity and the limits of human will.
As a rehabilitation and performance specialist, Claude has also helped clients recover from injury, restore physical confidence and return to activities they believed they might no longer be capable of performing.
